Hit 5,000 views
Once your Reel passes 5,000 views you have earned 50% of your order back. Reach 20,000 and we refund the full price. Either way, refunds are capped at $200 per order.

Send us your order number, the link to your Reel or video, and the email you ordered with, to [email protected]. We verify in 3–5 business days and refund through Shopify to your original payment method.

Which orders are eligible?
All of them. Any order placed at getboomba.com can be entered, whatever you spent and whenever you bought it. You only need the order number from your confirmation email.
How much will I get refunded?
BOOMBA will grant you refund up to $200 USD per order, when you reached 20,000 video views.
Is there a maximum refund?
Yes , $200 per order. The tiers are 50% back at 5,000 views and 100% back at 20,000, but no single order is refunded more than $200. A $500 order that reaches 20,000 views is refunded $200. Orders of $200 or less are unaffected, a $120 order that reaches 20,000 views gets the whole $120 back.
What if I pass 5,000 and then reach 20,000?
If your video crosses 20,000 by the counting date, you get the $200. If we have already refunded you 50%, we send the remaining half as a second refund. The $200 per-order cap still applies, so if your first refund already reached $200 there is nothing further to send.
Can I submit more than one video for the same order?
One submission per order number. If you post several videos, send us the one you expect to perform best. A second order means a second submission.
What happens if my video does not reach 5,000?
Nothing changes — you keep the product and the post, there is just no refund this time. You are welcome to enter again with your next order.
Why do you need to verify my email?
The refund goes to the order you name, so we confirm the email on the submission matches the email on that order.
My submission was declined. What now?
We email the reason — usually a private account, a broken link, or an order number we could not find. Fix it and resubmit; declined submissions do not use up your one entry.
The fine print: One submission per order number — post as many videos as you like and send us the one you back. Views must be organic: no bots, no paid promotion. The post and the account stay public until we count, one month after your posting date. We verify every submission and may decline suspicious activity. Refunds are 50% or 100% of what you paid for the products, capped at $200 per order, issued through Shopify to your original payment method. We may change or close the program at any time; submissions already accepted are honoured on the terms that applied.
