How to Wear Your
Sticky Bras Correctly?
Make sure you are wearing proper garments.
For best results, it is important to wear thick, tight (non-
stretchy) clothing, preferably with structure in the bust.
Put on your article of clothing.
Place the inserts onto the clothing. We DO NOT recommend
sticking the insert onto the breast first, as it would cause
unevenness and make it harder to achieve desirable results.
Scoop breasts up to the desired position. Scooping is the
most important step, as it ensures that your breasts are
resting on the inserts in a position that looks natural.
Stick insert and clothing onto your breast to secure position.
