These are the same as the ones that come with the inserts. They are good if you tend to lose your sticky bra covers like I do and don't want to ruin the sticky part.
Canada4 sheets is only enough for one pair
I am glad I got these but didn't realize one pack of 4 is only enough for one pair of inserts since they are sticky on both sides. I think they should make it more clear because I actually would have needed the 8 pack since I got the double bundle.
