Avg. Shipping Time By Regions
We ship out of our US warehouses and Asia warehouse to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible and depending on availability. It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order ships. The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, additional delays may occur. Please note that updates for tracking numbers from certain carriers may not be available until the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 2-4 business days. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. The BOOMBA team will do our best to accommodate changes in the shipping information, but once the parcel has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to change the information. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available when the parcel arrives.
If a parcel gets sent back due to the customer being unavailable or due to an error in the shipping information provided, a $25 USD reshipment & reprocessing fee applies for free / standard shipments, and additional charges may apply for Expedited Shipments. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
We pay for the import taxes for Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg & UK on regular shipping. Express shipping may incur additional taxes.
