Refund policy

If an item is not suitable, we encourage you to exchange it for a better-fitting alternative within 30 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are available within the same period, subject to our policy below.

 

Exchange for the perfect fit

 

New Policy – Effective May 8, 2026 at 6:00 AM EST

Starting May 8 at 6:00 AM EST, the following applies:

BOOMBA will accept returns or exchanges for select items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable import customs, duties, or tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Eligible Items must be

    • Unworn and unused
    • Tried on over underwear only
    • In original packaging with all tags, liners, and safety seals intact
    • Free from damage, scent, or visible wear
    • For adhesive products, packaging must be unopened and the safety seal unbroken

     

    The following items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size, color, or style:

      • Adhesive products with opened or broken safety seals, including:
        • Inserts
        • Sticky bras
        • Nipple covers

       

      Items that are not eligible and cannot be returned:

        • Body tape
        • Free gifts and promotional items
        • BOOMBA Protection
        • Gift cards
        • Items marked Final Sale
        • Items not purchased on getboomba.com

        Policy for Orders Placed between Jan 1, 2026 to May 8, 2026 at 5:59 AM EST

         

        For all eligible items, BOOMBA will:

          • Cover all shipping costs for one return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
          • Any product is eligible for coverage, whether opened or unopened.
          • Limit of one exchange or return per order only.

           

          Items that are not eligible and cannot be returned:

            • BOOMBA Protection
            • Gift cards
            • Items not purchased on getboomba.com
