Here’s the proper way to wear your BOOMBA inserts!

Step 1 : Select the proper clothing.

Please remember BOOMBA inserts are “inserts,” and not a sticky bra. They produce the best results when they are also supported by the clothing. It is important to select the proper clothing to wear the inserts with, preferably thick, tight (non-stretchy) clothing, with structure in the bust.

Step 2: Where should you place the inserts?

First, put on your clothing. Next, place the inserts ONTO the clothing. We DO NOT recommend sticking the insert onto the breast first, as it would cause unevenness and make it harder to achieve desirable results.

For Demi Boost

The inserts should not sit on top of your breasts but comfortably under, like the padding of a push-up bra. Your nipples should sit at the edge of the insert as this will provide maximum lift.

For Ultra Boost

The inserts should cup the bottom and the sides of your breasts comfortably. Your nipples should sit at the edge of the insert as this will provide maximum lift.

For Perfect Boost

The inserts can be placed at the bottom of your structured top. Your nipples should sit at the top edge of the insert for maximum cleavage.

For Invisible Lift

The inserts can be placed where you like as long as they stay hidden under the clothing. Your nipples should sit at the edge of the insert as this will provide maximum lift.

For Micro Lift

The inserts should be placed at the bottom of your structured top. Make sure that they cup your breasts properly while staying hidden under the clothing. Your nipples should sit at the edge of the insert to ensure that they will remain discreet.

For Subtle Lift

Your inserts should be placed comfortably under your breasts. Make sure your nipples sit at the edge of the insert to have that maximum lift.

Step 3 : Adjust your bust to your desired height and position.

Scooping is super important as it ensures that your breasts are resting on the inserts in a position that looks natural under your clothing. It also allows you to create lift and cleavage before sticking insert onto your breasts to secure.
